Parker Pioneer Homestead

Last Saturday, we went and visited Parker Pioneer Homestead. It is a Historical Pioneer Village with log cabins, a school house, a church, a grist mill, country store, barn, period crafts, and other "pioneer things". Tanner loves history so this was really fun for him. We enjoyed walking through all of the buildings, listening to the music and of course tasting the food.

And I thought it was long and crowded in our van when we drove out west. I sure am glad I wasn't riding in one of these!

They actually shot this cannon off while we were there.

A fun family day at the Pioneer Village.
