Kannon had his first T-ball practice on Friday. He was so excited. He wanted to make sure he wore his baseball pants and cleats, and he had to have his baseball bag like his big brothers. When Kannon first got to practice, he walked up to the coach (who happens to be his Uncle Bart) and says "I'm here coach." Then he goes over to the kids on the team and says, "Hey guys, I'm on your team." He is so funny.
He had to have a Gatorade after practice because he worked so hard he said.
Dustin's high school team is doing great. They are 22-1 so far this season. This picture was from the front of the Jonesboro Sun sports section. It says under the picture: Valley View players congratulate Dustin Jones (10) at the plate after Jones slugged a 3-run home run to end Tuesday's home game against Pocahontas. Dustin has actually hit 3 homeruns over the last two weeks. Corey, Tanner and Kannon think he is AWESOME!

I have been helping in the concession stand some during the baseball games and the boys love to help. If you know Corey, you know how much he loves concessions stands so just imagine how much he loves working in one. The men who do the cooking always come in and offer the boys hot dogs and hamburgers which makes their day. Kannon is always in charge of the candy, Tanner likes getting the drinks and Corey is the money guy. He can add up the prices faster then I can do it on the calculator. We make quite the team and the boys are always asking when do we get to do it again.
We are glad that spring has come with warmer weather, longer days, and lots of beautiful flowers. We also enjoy watching our boys play baseball and spending time together at the ballparks. Happy Spring!
