Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

On Friday, I took Kannon and a friend to the Public Library to celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday. We had a fun morning listening to Dr. Seuss stories, eating birthday cupcakes, and making a "Cat in the Hat" hat.

Kannon was alittle nervous about getting his picture taken with the "Cat in the Hat". His friend, Benjamin, didn't seem to mind at all. I sure love being a stay at home mom and being able to do fun things like this. After the party, we went and played at the park. It is beginning to feel like Spring here with warmer weather and flowers popping up here and there.
